National Union of Anambra State Students (NUASS) carried out a voluntary exercise for a free and fair election in Anambra State

On the 6th September 2017, youth from different institutions, mostly the indigenous people of Anambra state, came out in numbers to move for the motion of a free and fair election in Anambra State by marching round the state capital including the INEC office,
The entire youths later converged at the Okueme square were different delegates from different political parties came to address the students on the need to fight for their right, according to the delegate from PPA, Kenechi Onwunzo stated that there will be free scholarship scheme back to the state which was initiated during Dr. Peter Obi's administration in other to encourage education in the state
Also the delegate from PDP also stated that there will be developmental scheme in the state and advice the students to make good use of their voting power
