UPDATES ON TODAY'S MICROSOFT YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM IN UNIZIK

Yea,the day we all have been waiting for finally came.... As we gathered at the Multipurpose hall(MPH) of Nnamdi Azikiwe University,Awka.

the Microsoft team made up of Microsoft Student Ambassadors from different Universities in Nigeria and from Microsoft's Nigeria headquarters in Lagos opened our eyes to the latest development in the world of technology.

Yea,today I was so excited to learn that one of the latest innovations is the tech world is, that I can now save all my documents on my phone and laptop in the clouds....yea,did i just say cloud, you heard me correctly,its called cloud computing.

it simply means that i no longer need to worry when my phone or laptops get stolen,because all my data and contacts are safe in the clouds and i can retrieve them anytime and anywhere.

We where also introduced to VISUAL STUDIO,a software that enables you to code in different programming languages and Azure another software that helps you to host your site for free,yea absolutely free for a year as a student......ITS YOUR RIGHT!!!! Yea,thanks to Microsoft they understand what it feels to be a student in Naija....

We also learnt about Dreams park,a platform for website and software development that enables you to do so many things that i can even start to tell you now...But to enjoy all this stuffs you need a Microsoft account and we all gat a free Microsoft account opened for us
