SIGHTS AND SOUNDS FROM UNIZIK'S 2016 MATRICULATION CEREMONY

Yea,the D-Day is here and the much awaited event in this Great Institution ,the University's matriculation ceremony took place today infront of the Prof.Nwako Library grounds

 Matriculants,their friends,family and loved ones where all looking gorgeously dressed as the event kicked off at about 11;17 am with the opening prayer led by Rev.Prof. Bona Christus Umeogu.

 The Vice Chancellor gave his opening remarks where he reiterated the university's hard-line stance on Cultism and deviant behaviours,while urging the matriculants to pursue Academic Excellence

The Registrar of the University administered the Oath of loyalty on the matriculants while the Dean of Student Affairs and Orator of the University administered the Oath of Cultism and Clandestine activities

  The Deans of the very various Faculties presented their students to the Vice Chancellor who officially received them into the University.Their was musical performances from the music department and the University band

Their was also a special performance by the theater arts department


The even came to an end after the closing prayer and performances by the Music department
