The management of University of Lagos hereby uses this medium to inform all graduating students that the payment of the Complete Academic Outfit (Gown, Hood,& Cap), Certificate Folder and Convocation Brochure is scheduled as follows;

Hire of Academic Outfit, Brochure and Certificate	N 15,000.00	N 20,000.00	N 40,000.00
For Hiring of Academic Outfit plus Brochure and Certificate, the following will be Refunded on Return of Academic Outfit	N 5,000.00	N 5,000.00	N 20,000.00
Outright Purchase of Academic Outfit, Brochure and Certificate	N 15,000.00	N 20,000.00	N 40,000.00

• Refund will only be made on the return of the academic outfit on or before Monday, June 23, 2014.
• Academic outfit will be available in the College, School of Postgraduate Studies, Faculties, and the Distance Learning Institute.
• Alumni Registration Fee to be paid into UNILAG Alumni Association: Account Number: 0103994656 – Access Bank Plc OR Account Number: 1962000847 – Eco Bank Plc: First Degree N2, 000 and Postgraduate Degree N2, 500

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT AND REFUND

Graduating students are to pay for academic outfit, brochures and certificates into UNILAG Convocation Account (Nationwide) and collect the Blue Copy of the teller. Name and Faculty should be indicated boldly on the teller. Procedure for the refund of the garment will be made available at the point of collections of academic outfit.

INVITATION CARDS FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS

Each graduating student is entitled to two invitation cards. The invitation cards and complete set of academic outfit made up of gown, hood, cap and scroll would be available for collection on presentation of

receipt/teller for payment at the College/School/Faculty/Institute as appropriate. Convocation Brochure and Academic outfit are to be collected at the various locations earlier mentioned.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Rahamon Ade Bello, FAEng, congratulates all graduating students on behalf of the entire University Community. The students are hereby assured that certificates will be ready for collection immediately after each ceremony upon the presentation of ALL necessary clearances.
