Nigerian Student Arrested In Uganda For Trafficking Heroin and Other Drugs

A Nigerian National, Rufus. O. Okafor, 28 was arrested as he was caught with a parcel containing marijuana at Posta Uganda on Friday. The Police Anti-Narcotics Department and Posta Uganda have intercepted parcels containing 19 kilograms of marijuana and 795grames of heroin destined for the Netherlands in Europe.
